This is lead qualification and warm handoff, not cold closing. ### What you will do - Call purchase and procurement desks at food importers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and East Africa, working from verified customs-manifest lead lists. - Navigate switchboards to reach the category buyer for pulses, grains and spices. - Qualify: which commodities they import, monthly volumes and payment terms preference. - Secure agreement to receive our specification sheet and indicative quote by WhatsApp or email. - Log every call outcome in our tracker, with call recording linked for interested leads. ### What we are looking for - 1–3 years of inside sales or outbound experience at a **merchant exporter, freight forwarder, customs brokerage or agri-commodity trading house**. Logistics backgrounds work especially well — you already call purchase and logistics managers daily. - Comfortable with trade vocabulary: FOB, CIF, LC and DA terms, demurrage, transit times, moisture and broken percentages, Sortex grades and phytosanitary documentation. - Excellent spoken English.
