Certifications and registrations

TGK Agro's registrations can be checked directly with the issuing authorities. The numbers below are the identifiers you need for verification. Certificate copies are shared with buyers during order documentation; write to [email protected] if you need them for due diligence before then.

Registration details

• FSSAI licence — Food Safety and Standards Authority of India licence covering processing and export of agricultural commodities, issued under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
• APEDA RCMC: RCMC/APEDA/27827/2025-2026 — Registration-cum-Membership Certificate from the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, merchant cum manufacturer exporter, valid until March 2031.
• FIEO RCMC: RCMC/FIEO/19018/2026-2027 — Registration-cum-Membership Certificate from the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (Western Region, Mumbai), merchant cum manufacturer exporter registered for Indian cotton, cotton seed cake, pulses, split pulses, rice and allied products. Issued 29 September 2026, valid until 31 March 2027 and renewed each licensing year; it is the RCMC for cotton, which APEDA does not cover.
• US FDA food facility registration: 19960735724 — registration of our Akola facility with the US Food and Drug Administration under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Bioterrorism Act, as required for exporting food for human or animal consumption to the United States. Registered 1 October 2026 with a designated US agent, valid until 31 December 2028 and renewed biennially. FDA registration numbers are not published in a public directory; we quote the number on commercial documents and share the FDA confirmation with buyers on request. Registration does not denote FDA approval or endorsement of the facility or its products.
• Import Export Code (IEC): AACCT6731A — issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT); can be verified on the DGFT portal.
• GST registered — Goods and Services Tax registration for domestic and export transactions.
• MSME Udyam registered — registered micro, small and medium enterprise in agricultural processing.
• D-U-N-S® Number: 871834431 — the Dun & Bradstreet global business identifier for our legal entity.

What each shipment carries

Beyond company registrations, every consignment is documented individually:

• Commercial invoice and packing list
• Bill of lading
• Certificate of origin
• Phytosanitary certificate
• Fumigation certificate
• Product test report (moisture, admixture, aflatoxin, fibre grade as applicable)
• Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, when the buyer requests it
