Export Sales Executive / International SDR

Tirupati Ganeshkripa Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. (TGK Agro) is an Indian agro-commodity exporter based in Maharashtra, shipping cotton, pulses, rice, turmeric, cumin and black pepper to buyers across the Gulf, Africa and Europe. We buy directly from growers, process at our own facility in MIDC Akola with colour sorting at Sortex-equipped processing partners in Maharashtra, and ship out of Nhava Sheva (JNPT). IEC AACCT6731A.

The role

You will open doors with overseas food importers — not read a script. Your job is to reach the category buyer at an importing company, confirm what they buy and in what volume, and get their permission to receive our specification sheet and quote. Our export director then prices, negotiates and closes.

This is lead qualification and warm handoff, not cold closing.

What you will do

• Call purchase and procurement desks at food importers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and East Africa, working from verified customs-manifest lead lists.
• Navigate switchboards to reach the category buyer for pulses, grains and spices.
• Qualify: which commodities they import, monthly volumes and payment terms preference.
• Secure agreement to receive our specification sheet and indicative quote by WhatsApp or email.
• Log every call outcome in our tracker, with call recording linked for interested leads.

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of inside sales or outbound experience at a merchant exporter, freight forwarder, customs brokerage or agri-commodity trading house. Logistics backgrounds work especially well — you already call purchase and logistics managers daily.
• Comfortable with trade vocabulary: FOB, CIF, LC and DA terms, demurrage, transit times, moisture and broken percentages, Sortex grades and phytosanitary documentation.
• Excellent spoken English. Conversational Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage — much of the wholesale food trade in Deira and Dammam runs in those languages.
• Organised: you log what you did, accurately, every day.

Compensation

A qualified lead means: the buyer confirmed the commodity they import, confirmed monthly volume and payment preference, and agreed to receive our specification sheet.

Accountant (Tally Prime Specialist)

Tirupati Ganeshkripa Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. (TGK Agro) is hiring a full-time, on-site Accountant (Tally Prime Specialist) at our facility in MIDC Phase IV Growth Center, Akola, Maharashtra.

What you will do

• Maintain daily books of accounts in Tally Prime: purchase vouchers, sales invoices, debit/credit notes, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Generate e-Invoices and e-Way bills for domestic and export-linked dispatches from Akola to Nhava Sheva (JNPT).
• Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations and petty-cash tracking.
• Prepare monthly data and working schedules for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS compliance and statutory audit coordination with our Chartered Accountant.
• Track stock and mandi procurement records in coordination with the Akola warehouse and dispatch team.

What we are looking for

• B.Com or M.Com graduate with 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime (preferably in manufacturing, agro-commodities, trading or a CA firm).
• Solid working knowledge of GST invoicing, e-Way bills, TDS entries, bank reconciliation and MS Excel.
• Based in Akola, Maharashtra (or willing to relocate to Akola for daily on-site work at MIDC Phase IV Growth Center).
• Having your own laptop and two-wheeler for daily commuting to MIDC Phase IV is an advantage.

Compensation & location

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month, commensurate with hands-on Tally Prime speed and accounting experience.
• Workplace: Plot N60-61-62, MIDC IV Growth Center, Akola, Maharashtra 444104 (Full-time, On-site, Monday to Saturday).
